This policy explains what information Quorum Press collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Quorum Press platform.
We use your information to operate the Service: to run authoring, peer review, and publishing; to notify you about activity that concerns you; to keep the Service secure; and to provide support. Published work and its metadata are made openly available by design, as that is the purpose of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service, for example with the editors and reviewers involved in your submission, and with service providers (such as hosting and email) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
We use cookies that are necessary for signing in and keeping your session secure. We keep non-essential tracking to a minimum.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Published scholarly records are intended to be persistent so that they remain citable.
You can review and update your profile at any time, request an export of your content, or ask us to delete your account. Some records that form part of the published scholarly record may need to be retained for integrity and citation.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date above when we do.
