These terms govern your use of Quorum Press (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the manuscripts, reviews, and other content you submit. By publishing through a publication on the Service, you grant the permissions needed to host, display, and distribute that content according to the open-access license the publication selects. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Each publication on the Service sets and applies its own editorial standards and makes its own decisions. Quorum Press provides the tools and, where requested, guidance; it does not control editorial outcomes and is not the publisher of record.
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may update, suspend, or modify features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Authors and readers are not charged. Where an organization pays to run a publication, the applicable terms are agreed separately. See Pricing.
To the extent permitted by law, Quorum Press is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required to protect users or the Service. You can request an export of your content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
