Downloads and reports

Everything you see in a list can be taken away as a file.

From What you get
Editorial, then Download The submissions in the list, with the filters you applied: titles, authors, kinds, tracks, statuses, reviews and dates. Each manuscript carries its Type, with what it first was where that differs, such as “Full paper (was an abstract)”. The reviewer sheets count each reviewer’s manuscripts by kind and list them with their types.
Editorial, then Copy email addresses The addresses of the authors in the list.
Registrations, then Download One row for each accepted submission: what is owed, what was recorded, and whether it is confirmed.
Publishing & DOIs, then Make the folder under For your own website Your published work as ready web pages, PDFs and citations, to put on your organization’s own website. See DOIs.
Countries & institutions, then Download Where submissions come from, by country, region and institution.
Book of abstracts and ranking, then Download under the results The votes for each entry, and what its reviewers scored.
Book of abstracts and ranking, then Download this ranking The ranking for awards as it is on screen, with the choices made and how it is worked out.
Program The programme as PDF, spreadsheet or CSV.
Participants The list of participants, and the record of who checked in.

A download carries the filters that are on. Clear the filters first for the whole list.

A summary report gives the figures of the whole event on a few pages, as a PDF to hand to a committee or a spreadsheet to work with. It carries your institution’s name and logo.

Report Where What it holds
Editorial Editorial, at the foot of the filters Submissions by kind, track and status; reviews asked for and returned; decisions.
Registrations Registrations, at the foot of the panel Totals by currency, by rate and by state.
Participants Participants, under Figures Who is coming in person and online, how they present, who checked in and how, the fee, countries, institutions and certificates, each with its share.
Countries and institutions Countries & institutions Countries, regions, collaboration across institutions.
Votes and reviewers’ scores Book of abstracts and ranking Voters, votes, the leading entries by several rankings, the reviewers’ scores, the first three of each kind and the awards given.
  • Letter of acceptance: on each accepted submission, for the authors and for you.
  • Review history: Download the history (PDF) on a submission gives every round, review and decision in order.

Downloads are named with the event, what they are, and the date and time they were made in your event’s time zone, so that two downloads never overwrite each other.

You can download a readable archive of a whole event: the submissions, the editorial records and the uploaded files. Keep one after the event closes.
